Description: General Affairs/Facilities Management Coordinator
Job Purpose: Supports various departments to include but not limited to; Human Resources, Maintenance, and Purchasing. Develop, plan, organize and monitor all areas of Facilities services as it pertains to physical structures and administrative needs.
Essential Responsibilities
•Maintain and manage all lawn care services/contracts for all buildings/maintain parking lots and surrounding building landscape
•Manage and oversee all janitorial services (indoors & outdoors) This includes renewal of contracts, management of expenditures.
•Manage and lead all special projects (events / VIP visitors) to include but not limited to, ordering signs, banners, flags, supplies, booking hotels, car rentals, catering etc.
•Maintain and manage all company vehicles to include but not limited to; car insurance, cleanliness, quarterly service (oil, rotation of tires etc.); identifying eligible drivers etc.
•Track and oversee all expenditures for event planning, special projects, janitorial services, office supplies and report accordingly to purchasing/plant manager
•Must Be knowledgeable about SAP process to include:
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices
- Research invoice discrepancies
- Maintain critical vendor statements and communicate with vendors
Skills/Qualifications: Administrative Writing Skills, Verbal Communication, Professionalism, Organization, Teamwork, Supply Management.
Computer Skills: MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint.
Education: HS Diploma or GED
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $23.00 - $26.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
