At-A-Glance Description:
- Work within a team to manage our pipeline and internal database.
- Assist with the life cycle of projects, from client request to client deliverables.
- Perform a variety of administrative tasks in support of the CEO, Facilities, and Finance.
- Work independently as well as collaboratively with a dynamic team.
- Hybrid schedule after the training period has been successfully completed.
Role Requirements:
· Ability to think critically and use sound judgment.
· Communicates accurately and effectively in person and electronically.
· Strong organizational and time management skills.
· Excellent attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
· Courteous, professional, and a team player.
· Understands how to work with sensitive and/or confidential materials.
· Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel) and Adobe Acrobat.
· 3+ years of related experience.
· Legal Administrative experience preferred but is not required.

Compensation:
Opportunity for salary to jump in first six months. Salary is commensurate with experience. We believe in meritocracy so your opportunity at Harbor IP is unlimited!

Pay: $40,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
