Minimum Qualifications
- Associate degree in Accounting or related filed and/or equivalent experience and training
- More than 1 year of accounting experience
- Accounting-related skills
- Knowledge of financial transactions and financial systems
- Knowledge of GAAP theories and practices
- Knowledge analysis of moderate accounting projects
- Strong MS Office including Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Visio. Intermediate skill set in Microsoft Excel, including (but not limited to) Pivots, Sumifs, IFs, and Vlookups
- Intermediate experience with general ledger accounting transactions
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in use of common desktop/web applications
- Ability to apply more advanced accounting concepts in the completion of assignments
- CPA license or CPA candidate desired
- Bachelor degree in Accounting or related field and/or equivalent experience and training
- Two to three years of accounting experience
