Job Description:

Shifts:
Tuesdays-Saturdays 6am-2pm, 2pm-10pm, 10pm-6am
Fridays-Mondays 6am-2pm, 2pm-10pm, 10pm-6am
Pay: $16.00/hour
Duties:
- Pleasantly welcomes and screens all guests/visitors.
- Issues identification badges to all visitors.
- Directs or escorts guests to appropriate destination.
- Must be in company issued uniform at all times.
- Must be punctual and on time for all shifts.
- Observes and reports unusual or suspicious activity.
- Interacts with guests and staff in a courteous manner.
- Coordinates with other team members to provide a safe and secure environment.
- Promptly answers telephone calls with a polite and courteous manner.
- Contacts maintenance as needed
Basic Qualifications:
- Able to work well under pressure.
- Must have at least five years of working experience in customer service or security.
- Reliable means of communication (active smartphone with the ability to download apps).
- Ability to comprehend and utilize the English Language (verbal and written).
- Reliable means of transportation.
- Must be punctual and ready to work at the start of every shift.
- Must have a friendly, outgoing personality, and work well with others.
- Must be professional and courteous with supervisors, and fellow team members. Preferred
