Station Manager
Duties:
- Provide leadership and guidance to the station team
- Oversee all aspects of retail management, including sales, customer service, and inventory control
- Manage shifts and schedules to ensure adequate staffing levels
- Handle employee scheduling
- Implement effective inventory control measures
- Develop and manage budgets to optimize profitability
- Conduct employee orientation and training programs
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
Skills:
- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Previous experience in retail management or a similar role
- Proficient in shift management and scheduling
- Familiarity with inventory control systems and practices
- Ability to budget effectively and manage expenses
- Multilingual skills are a plus, but not required
- Excellent employee orientation and training skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
