Our Technician Co-op opportunity offers candidates working toward their Associate's or 1-year Certificate in HVAC exposure to a variety assignments which could include: performance testing of furnaces and residential systems, validating new components, and replicating field issues.

Qualifications:
• Pursuing an Associate's degree in engineering preferred, 1 year HVAC certificate minimum.
• Overall 3.0 GPA or above. High school transcripts may be submitted for first semester degree candidates
• Demonstrated leadership skills (minimum of one example in the last four years such as: school club officer, sports team captain, resident advisor, etc. or exceptional leadership of work projects)
• A candidate who has not completed the technical portion of the degree path must have relevant job experience related to electrical or HVAC work.
• Basic understanding of refrigeration systems and practical experience installing or troubleshooting systems
• Basic understanding of electrical components including practical electrical safety
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
