Garden Service Crew Member

Blanchford Landscape Group, a renowned full-service landscape company in the Greater Yellowstone area, is actively seeking dedicated Garden Service Crew Members to join our team. We are committed to creating inspiring outdoor spaces for our clients as well as a great work environment for our team members. As a Garden Service Crew Member, you will work on beautiful residential properties in the greater Gallatin valley and Big Sky, doing a variety of gardening tasks and contributing to the creation of stunning landscapes. Our summer season usually runs from mid-April to end of October. After that you can stay on for our Christmas Decor team if you want.

Responsibilities

• Perform various gardening tasks including planting, pruning, fertilizing, deadheading, and weed control.
• Work collaboratively with a team to maintain high-quality Garden Services.
• Be a kind and reliable addition to the team.
• Participate in training sessions both at our yard and on the job site.

Qualifications

• Ability to work hard, share knowledge, and learn new skills.
• Passion for the outdoors and living things.
• Be able to lift 25 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Willingness to work overtime if needed.
• You have to have a Driver's License and be "insurable".

Compensation

We offer competitive pay with increases based on skills and experience. Overtime is paid for any time over 40 hours per week.
