Primary duties will include:
- Greenhouse and nursery stock maintenance (ie watering, deadheading, pruning, staking plants etc)
- Unloading incoming deliveries
- Making local deliveries in a company vehicle
- Assisting customers as needed in various capacities
- Restocking hard goods and nursery stock as needed
We are willing to train the right person, but applicants should have a strong desire to learn, and interest in plants.
Applicants must be able to lift 50 pounds unassisted. Job is primarily outdoors and in greenhouses. Position does require work in all weather conditions (within reason).
Over-time available and encouraged seasonally.
Position runs March-November
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
