The Briar House is looking for a part-time Garage Attendantto work at our Elkins Park, PA location.

We are looking for a team member who is energetic, flexible, and willing to work hard to help us run a smooth and professional operation. We are looking for someone who is dependable, responsible, and able to work as part of the team. This position is responsible for providing excellent costumer service to Briar House residents. This position is responsible for providing excellent customer service to Briar House residents. Open the door to the elevator to allow entrance for residents, vendors, contractors, and home health aides. Call the elevator for residents. All VENDORS, CONTRACTORS, AND AIDES MUST SIGN IN WITH PHOTO ID.

Responsibilities:

• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Must be able to drive both manual and automatic transmission automobiles.
• Maintains all cleaning solutions with OSHA requirments for hazardous chemicals.
• Monitors the cameras, reports any suspicious activity to the General Manager or call 911 for any activity that looks criminal.
• Keep the garage clean, wipe down carts after each use.
• Conducts garage inspections. Provides written reports of any maintenace needs to the manager.
• Remove ALL WATER from garage floor.
• Complete incident report for any injury, accidents, or any item that could potentially become a legal action.
• Disengages from paperwork or other activities when approched by a resident.
• Maintains a positive attitude and desire to be of service to residents.
• Fills-in concierge during breaks as needed. Provides all concierge job duties while on duty as concierge.
• Other duties as required.
• Responds to emergency situations in a timely and efficient manner. Participates actively in true emergencies to aide other stuff members, residents, and guests.
• Ability to quickly and easily navigate the property/building as required to meet the job functions.
• Ability to complete all required forms.
• Ability to work extended/flexible hours and weekends based on project requirement.
• Ability to respond to emergencies on a timely manner.
• Ability to interact effeciely with management ,peers, and residents.
• Must wear assigned uniform.
