PayMinimum – Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $81900 - $110600 / year
In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. - Minimum of 7 years of progressive leadership experience in casino operations.
- Thorough understanding of gaming regulations and industry trends.
- Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets.
- Proven ability to lead and develop high-performance teams.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, hospitality management, or a related field; master’s degree preferred.
