Position Description
The Game Room Manager at America’s Incredible Pizza Company has the critical responsibility to oversee the Entertainment Department and all attractions, rides, and games as well as the prize redemption store. This employee works under the General Manager and is ultimately responsible for the success and maintenance of the Entertainment Department and its guests. This person will supervise employees and departmental managers, training, safety, and operations. This individual must practice the servant leader management style by treating all employees and fellow leaders with respect and support.
Position Requirements and Perks:
3 Years of leadership experience or family entertainment industry experience
Ability to work in a fun environment and with limited supervision
Maintain a neat, clean, organized, and fun department
Possess excellent planning, organizational, and implementation skills
Perform duties as assigned by the General Manager
Ability to interact with guests in a friendly, fun, and courteous way
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and computer skills
Well-groomed and neat appearance
2 weeks of PTO after one year of employment (can use 1 week after 6 months of employment) for employees who average at least 32 hours of work per week for each anniversary date
