JOB SUMMARY:

This position is responsible for designing the mathematics behind real money wagering games that will result in the ultimate entertaining experience for players. As part of an innovative, entrepreneurial company, this position works in close collaboration with all team members.

EDUCATION, ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

·       Bachelor’s degree with major or significant coursework in mathematics or statistics.

·      Minimum of three (3) years related work experience (may include internship)

·      Passionate about mathematics and the gaming environment.

·       Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

·       Organized with attention to detail.

·       Ability to work independently on an assignment and take initiative when necessary.

·       Ability to work collaboratively as a member of a team.

·       Knowledge or experience in money wagering game math is a plus.

RESPONSIBILLITIES:

• Collaborates with team members to understand project assignment, responsibility, and timing. and designs math for money wagering games.
• Attention to detail in all projects.

• Designs math for money wagering games within project specifications.
• Work on multiple projects concurrently.
• Maintain active analysis, and industry knowledge to develop new features and products.
• Generate initial and final excel-based math models.
• Testing of games in development.
• Develop and adapt prototypes.
• Create design documentation for projects and game concepts.
• Test mathematical outcomes for quality and accuracy.
• Organizes and implements math assets as appropriate.

• Produces sample math layout for approval by client or other project participants.

• Prepares drafts of math work and provides samples to appropriate staff for review.

• Revises projects as necessary based on collaborative feedback process.

• Consults with other team members regularly or as needed on projects.

• Maintains records of project time and key information.
• Analyze performance data.

• Performs other duties as assigned to ensure organizational success and team support.
