Form of workWe are looking for a Production Operator 1 to join our team. The Production Operator is responsible for entry level manufacturing tasks in accordance with product specifications.
As a Production Operator 1, you will:
Perform clean-up, grinding, drilling, straightening, blast booth, cutting, galvanizing process preparation and general production support tasks
Use hoist or other material handling equipment to transport materials and product into and out of the work area as required
Examine finished products for defects
Accurately label all parts for routing to next operation
Monitor the production board and internal paperwork to perform tasks in the designated sequence
Role Qualifications as a Production Operator 1:
High school diploma or equivalent
Experience with mechanical machines or devices, preferring electrical and/or mechanical assembly
Skill of effective and appropriate verbal and written communication skills
Skill to operate various precision measuring tools and hand tools
Ability to read and interpret documents such as technical drawings, operating instructions, procedures and prints.

The actual base salary for this role is based on various factors, including but not limited to market and individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process. The range provided is a guideline, and the base salary range for this role may be modified.

Weekend shift is Friday – Sunday 5am – 5pm includes $1.50/hour shift differential
12-hour shifts (per day) including paid breaks (Weekend Shift)
