Seeking a Full-Time Gallery Sales Associate who loves luxury sales and giving the best customer service possible. This position is perfect for motivated individuals who want to work with a great group of people, love an active and engaging environment and have an openness and willingness to learn on an ongoing basis. We are, above all, looking for candidates who have a great attitude, are good team players and have the desire to succeed in a sales-driven environment.

In addition to sales and customer service this position also includes activities such as answering phones, checking-in and pricing inventory, data-entry and customer follow-ups through phone and email. Depending on skills and interest this position may also include hanging artwork, display merchandising and window design.

This is a permanent, long-term position.

Who We Are: We are a 23 year old family of jewelry and art galleries in Sedona, AZ. We sell a wide range of jewelry and contemporary art including paintings on canvas, metal and Plexiglas as well as a large selection of bronze and outdoor wind sculptures. All three of our galleries are in Tlaquepaque. Some evenings and weekends may be required.

Compensation: Competitive pay including commission on all sales (base + commission). Most Full-Time Sales Associates make between $65,000 - $85,000 depending on hours and experience. Company paid insurance is provided after 45 days for all full-time employees as well as paid time off (~2+ weeks/year depending on hours worked). Guaranteed minimum hourly compensation of $20/h, with the opportunity to make much more with commission sales.
