SalaryKaiser Gallery is currently looking for a creative and experienced mixologist to join our team. This part-time position is 2-3 times a week, to assist with events and to provide additional coverage. Gallery mixologist will have opportunities to create and curate an artisanal cocktail menu to pair with exhibiting artwork. The ideal candidate will be able to provide an excellent guest experience and have a background in the visual arts. As a Gallery Mixologist, you will also serve as an ambassador for the gallery space and must be comfortable discussing art, as well as answering questions about artworks on display. The Gallery Mixologist is also responsible for keeping the bar neat and clean, assisting with inventory and restocking, checking IDs, and serving customers with an appropriate amount of alcohol. The ideal candidate will assist with art installations/ deinstallations as needed, and event set up/ clean up.
Regular gallery hours are 4:00 pm - 10:00 pm Wednesday through Friday, Saturday 4:00 pm - 11:00 pm, and Sundays 4:00 pm - 8:00 pm. Hours for special events may vary.

Pay: $11.00 - $12.00 per hour
