This position is responsible for basic office administration including screening calls, making referrals, filing and retrieving documents, scheduling appointments, exchanging information with internal departments and handling correspondence. The focus in this position is on maintaining a pleasant atmosphere in the office and responding promptly to customer inquiries.
Responsibilities:
- Answer and route calls.
- Answer emails.
- Answer letters.
- Organize files.
- Answer meetings requests.
- Invoice customers.
- Meet with bosses daily.
- Monthly Reports
- Assist the Funeral Director on funerals, dressing, casketing and cosmetizing deceased
- File Death Certificates
- Release ashes to families
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $850.00 - $1,000.00 per week

- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
