Overview & Responsibilities:
We are currently seeking a licensed Funeral Director at Campbell Funeral Home of Beverly, Gloucester, and Ipswich, MA. This is a great opportunity to be part of a high performing team while developing your skills in a high volume environment.
This position interacts directly with client families during their time of need and is responsible for creating and maintaining a premier level of client family satisfaction. Campbell Funeral Home prides itself in providing exceptional customer satisfaction and community service.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Associate's or Bachelor’s degree in funeral service
- Obtains an appropriate state funeral license
- Exceptional communication and customer service skill
- Ability to craft obituaries
- Active embalming skills
- Proficient with computers and technology
- Ability to manage a high volume caseload while creating an exceptional customer experience
- Active driver's license
- Team player
