Position Summary:
- Under direct supervision, the Funding Representative is responsible for analyzing the documentation and funding of new consumer motorcycle loans.
- Tasks include accurate reporting of findings, ensuring corporate compliance and risk management.
- We offer PTO, Medical Benefits, $16.00 per hour, 40 hours per week, Training is in person Monday-Friday 8a-5p
- After Training in person Monday-Friday 9a-6p.
- Training Starts January 9, 2024.
A background and credit check will be done before training starts.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Responsible for verifying contract documentation for accuracy and compliance while documenting all research and efforts in financial systems; administer verifications with multiple external entities.
- Responsible for the correction and amendments of loan contracts returned from Quality Assurance.
- Maintains a current awareness and understanding of appropriate banking laws, regulations, internal policies, and procedures, and complies fully with those laws, rules, policies, and procedures.

- Experience with Microsoft Office and general computer knowledge.
- Ability to analyze large volumes of Funding packages and customer inquiries with efficiency and accuracy.
- Ability to prioritize workflow to meet department objectives.
- Strong written and interpersonal communication skills.
- Proven problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Strong teamwork skills and the ability to interact effectively with staff of all levels.
- Demonstrated ability to take the initiative and achieve results in a fast-paced and changing environment.
