Fund Solutions Internship PROGRAM
Cambridge Associates (CA) is looking for a Fund Solutions Intern for its tax, financial reporting and NAV departments located in Boston, MA. The candidate must be actively enrolled in an undergraduate program at an accredited local College or University majoring in Accounting or Finance. Under the supervision of our Funds Solutions members, the candidate can expect to participate in data collection and preparation of tax returns, payments to taxing authorities, and assist with other tax-, financial reporting-, NAV reporting- or other Fund Solutions-related activities.
Responsibilities:

  • Assisting with reviews of K-1s and tax returns, as well as making payments to various tax authorities.
  • There will be a focus on a documenting processes, analysis of various data sets, and organizing data and files. In both areas, the candidate will learn systems and run reports as required.
  • The candidate will assist in Financial Reporting activities, which may include assistance with various areas of Fund Audits
  • The candidate will assist in NAV reporting activities which may include providing support in gathering and organizing data for NAV reporting processes, supporting the team in resolving any issues or discrepancies with the Third Party Fund Administrator's deliverables, contributing to the development and enhancement of internal procedures and documentation.
  • Learning how to work as part of the Fund Solutions team to compile and analyze data, track information, and support senior members of the team. Taking on additional tasks or projects to learn more about Cambridge Associates LLC and Fund Operations.

Qualifications:
  • Must be working towards an undergraduate or graduate degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
  • A high level of integrity, accuracy, dependability, enthusiasm, and confidentiality.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work 40 hours per week in a hybrid model (will include Boston in-office and remote work).
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without Visa sponsorship.
