Fund Financing & Investments Director

Are you a team player who is passionate about building long-term relationships with clients? Do you have strong project management and leadership skills? We are looking for someone like you to:
originate financing transactions for a cross-divisional team focused on providing financing to family offices, institutional investors, and asset managers on their alternative asset portfolios
primary assets include private equity, hedge funds, and co-investments
manage client engagement and deal execution, with support of existing team and resources, from start to finish
conduct initial risk assessment, pricing and return analysis, negotiation of terms, and follow through to legal documentation and final closing
engage collaboratively with other deal team members from internal and external legal, credit, due diligence, and capital management
operate financial models and guide the production of marketing presentations
collaborate with stakeholders across the UBS Investment Bank, Asset Management and Global Wealth Management
