Fund Accountant

Linnovate Partners AFS (US), LLC seeks Fund Accountant

Master's degree in accounting or a related field.

Job duties:

1. Prepare and check ledger entries;

2. Assist in providing accounting services for clients including preparing and processing transactions and financial reports;

3. Assist in preparing fee calculations (managing fees, carried interest and waterfall) verifying that calculations are in accordance with LPA;

4. Prepare investor capital and distribution notices;

5. Prepare ad hoc requests regarding fund and investor specific reports as well as analysis;

6. Prepare fund annual and quarterly financial reports;

7. Prepare SPV accounting;

8. Assist clients to address and resolve audit inquiries from external auditors during year-end audit; and

9. Perform additional duties as assigned.

Salary: $90,646 per year
