Part-Time Functional Business Analyst - ATS Systems

MANDATORY EXPERIENCE: ATS system back end support

Location: Knoxville, TN (REMOTE)

Part-Time (Flexible Hours)

Responsibilities:

Requirements Gathering:
- Collaborate with HR and recruitment stakeholders to understand and document business requirements related to our Applicant Tracking System.
- Conduct analysis of existing recruitment processes to identify areas for improvement.

Functional Specifications:
- Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications for the configuration and customization of the ATS.
- Work closely with technical teams to ensure a clear understanding of requirements.

ATS Configuration and Customization:
- Leverage expertise in the specific ATS to configure and customize the system to align with the organization's unique recruitment processes.
- Implement and optimize features such as resume parsing, candidate tracking, interview scheduling, etc.

Data Management and Integration:
- Ensure seamless integration between the ATS and other HR systems or third-party tools.
- Manage and analyze recruitment data, providing insights into key performance indicators.

User Training and Support:
- Conduct training sessions for HR professionals and hiring managers on how to use the ATS effectively.
- Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and guidance to users.

Reporting and Analytics:
- Develop and generate reports within the ATS to track and analyze recruitment metrics.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to create custom reports supporting decision-making.

Compliance and Best Practices:
- Ensure that the configuration and usage of the ATS comply with legal and ethical standards in recruitment.
- Stay informed about industry best practices related to ATS systems.

Continuous Improvement:
- Proactively identify opportunities for process optimization and automation within the recruitment lifecycle.
- Stay updated on the latest features and updates in the ATS and recommend enhancements.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Functional Business Analyst specializing in ATS systems.
- In-depth knowledge of one or more ATS platforms.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work part-time with flexible hours.
- Project management skills.
