Fun Energetic Live-In Nanny Needed for Warm and Loving Family

They have a 3-year-old and 1.5-year-old, plus mom is pregnant Both parents are pretty hands-on especially mom because she is around more. Your day will start around 7am. The 3-year-old goes to school 9-2 every day, the 1.5-year-old acts like he is 5 super mature. Dad gets home between 3-4 every day. Mom works anywhere between 5-15 hours a week from home, so very part-time and will take 7 months off from work when the baby comes. There is no need to drive, mom or dad do it all.

Hang with the kids and be a second hand, light nanny type housekeeping duties. They have a deep housekeeper that comes 1 to 2 times a week, so really light stuff cleaning up behind kids and such. Someone who will take initiative to do the light hskp when mom is out, for example....wash the dishes, the kid's laundry, help where help is needed, sometimes you will have 6 hours of free time. She just wants you to take initiative during that time to help out. Prioritize the kids but weeks when you do have time help out organize and take initiative.

Helping get them ready and breakfast ready in the mornings. Parents drive him to school. The second child starts in sept from 9-12, so shortly after baby 3 comes. Then when baby number two comes home he will nap until close to when baby number 1 comes home. Mom takes them to baby classes and activities, so sometimes you will stay back with a child while she does this.

Very limited contact with the newborn the first couple months, only if baby wakes up while she is gone. She will be breastfeeding exclusively but maybe breastmilk with a bottle but she tries to avoid that for the first 6 months. It just depends on how timing is with mom and her out and driving. Sometimes she will bring the baby and the nanny with her to do kids' stuff. Mom does the errands, some days mom would cook, some days you might cook or prep and help mom. Tag teaming with mom cooking. They have a pool so someone that can swim just in case. no animals, no driving needed, energetic with the kids, when with kids really being with kids but able to read the room and give parents space to have dinner on their own when they are together. Or let parents hang with kids when it is time to let them be with kids.

Someone helpful, Warm and polite. Someone with experience watching multiple kids at a time, they want someone who is smart and engaging and playful, second language is great, would love Spanish talked to them but really any other language to them is great. Someone with great energy and knows what it is like to be playful with young children.

You will have your own room and shared bathroom with kids.

In ideal world you would work some Sat/Sat evenings, but it doesn't have to be every Sat.
