Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. As a Registered Nurse, you will doing Assessments for majority of our new clients, ensuring the highest quality of care and adherence to medical standards. Your expertise and dedication will contribute to the well-being of our patients.

Duties:
- Perform comprehensive assessments of patients' health status
- Observe changes in patients' conditions
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Educate patients and their families on disease prevention, treatment options, and self-care techniques
- Document patient information accurately and timely in electronic medical record systems

Skills:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare team members
- Knowledge of medical standards, protocols, and regulations to ensure compliance with healthcare guidelines
- Familiarity with electronic medical record systems for accurate documentation
