```Duties:```
- Operate a Tow Truck (snatch/wrecker) to transport vehicles to designated locations.
-Driver should have experience in operating Snatch truck thoroughly, with use of Dollies.
-Know when to tow rear-wheel and front wheel drives as well as All-wheel drives
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with vehicle breakdowns and accidents
- Safely load and unload vehicles onto Tow Trucks or flatbeds using proper equipment
- Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while operating the Tow Truck
- Maintain accurate records of each tow, including customer information, vehicle details, and services provided, and taking pictures before hookup of a vehicle and after unloading is a MUST. This is required at all times.
-Must know how to follow specific and detailed instructions. Knowledge of Towbook is a MUST. Must read all notes pertaining to dispatched calls.
```Qualifications:```
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (or no more than a minor traffic violation in a 2 year period)
- Previous experience in commercial driving or towing is REQUIRED
- Strong mechanical knowledge and ability to perform basic JUMPSTARTS of vehicles
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations and resolve conflicts
- Ability to operate a forklift for loading and unloading vehicles is a plus but not required
- Must be reliable, responsible, and able to work independently
- Physical stamina and strength to lift heavy objects and work in various weather conditions
