Full Time School Registered Behavior Technician In Trumansburg, NH

Position: Full-Time School Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Location: Trumansburg, NY

Role Description: We're in search of a Full-Time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our school-based team in Trumansburg, NY. As an RBT, you'll collaborate closely with educators and behavior analysts to implement individualized behavior intervention plans and support students in their academic and social-emotional development.

Responsibilities:

• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision
• Provide direct one-on-one ABA therapy sessions in school settings
• Collect and document data on student progress and behavior
• Collaborate with teachers, paraprofessionals, and other school staff for consistent treatment
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge

Qualifications:

• Must be a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or willing to obtain RBT certification within 90 days
• Bachelor's degree in psychology, education, or related field preferred
• Experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Patience, empathy, and a passion for working with children
