Full Time Sales and Leasing Agent

Job description

Busy subdivision in Sumter County, SC is looking for a career-oriented Sales and Leasing agent to join our team. Candidate must be efficient, results-driven, reliable, detail-oriented, good at multi-tasking, work independently and be able to prioritize quickly. Only those that have the tools, training, and experience to manage 60+ rental units located near Shaw Air Force Base need apply for this position. Knowledge/experience with manufactured housing is a plus!
Job Description

• Marketing made-ready units on Social Media platforms and advertising platforms
• Sales and Leasing of New and Pre-owned units
• Handling daily administrative/office tasks,
• Follow up with on-site maintenance and inspections of rental units and grounds
• Interviewing and pre-qualifying prospective tenants
• Scheduling appointments for unit showings
• Qualifying prospective prospects
• Ensuring tenant compliance to leasing and property rules
• Track service requests/work orders
• Collect and process monthly rents
• Negotiating sales of new and previously owned homes

• Advanced Computer Skills with working knowledge of Microsoft Suites, Chrome, Gmail and Google Docs/Spreadsheets, Excel and knowledge
• Ability to move and lift 30 lbs
