- Day & Night Shifts Available in ICU, ED, and Med/Surg
- Shift Hours: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM and 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM

Key Responsibilities:
- Under the guidance of the Clinical Coordinator and/or Nursing Unit Director, perform nursing patient care duties for the assigned unit or department.
- Plan, provide, and evaluate comprehensive nursing care in alignment with established patient care philosophy.
- Facilitate individualized, goal-directed nursing care by utilizing the nursing process and principles of primary nursing as per departmental and hospital policies.
- Collaborate effectively with other shifts to ensure continuity of care.
- Maintain positive relationships with other departments and nursing units.
- Participate in all aspects of education to enhance your professional growth.
Minimum Requirements:
- Education: Associates degree in Nursing (Required), Bachelors degree in Nursing (Preferred)
- Required Skills: Critical thinking, decisive judgment, ability to work with minimal supervision, and adaptability in a stressful environment
- Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) - Required, ACLS preferred within 6 months of hire
- Licenses: Valid licensure in the State of Georgia as a Registered Nurse (RN) or multi-state/compact RN license
- Minimum Work Experience: Six (6) months of direct patient care experience as a Registered Nurse (RN) unless entering the Nurse Residency Program
Essential Functions:
- Identify existing and potential problems and implement appropriate solutions.
- Perform plan of care interventions, including specimen collection and wound care. May administer medication. Document patient care provided.
- Provide nursing care by planning, organizing, and facilitating nursing functions for assigned patients.
- Assist patients with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, elimination, nutrition, and ambulation.
- Monitor, document, and communicate patient's status and reactions to interventions with RN, physician, patients, and families.
- Advocate for the physical and emotional well-being of the patient.
