```Duties```
- Prepare and bake a variety of Pretzel products
- Follow recipes and measurements to ensure consistency and quality of baked goods
- Operate and maintain baking equipment, such as ovens, mixers, and dough rollers
- Monitor baking process to ensure products are baked to perfection
-Present baked goods in an appealing manner
- Clean and sanitize work area and equipment
```Skills```
- Experience in food handling, food preparation, and food production
- Knowledge of restaurant kitchen operations and procedures
- Strong customer service skills to interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Ability to package baked goods for pretzel warmer & take-out orders
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
