Skills & Requirements
This position requires a bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited school of Physical Therapy.
Must be a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant in the practicing state.
Experience in Home Health preferred.
TB screening.
CPR certification.
A criminal background check and drug screen must be performed before hire.
