Full Time Pharmacy Manager In Chico, California

We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Pharmacy Manager to join our team at RPh on the Go. As a leader in the pharmaceutical industry, we are looking for an individual who can bring strong leadership, organizational, and clinicalskills to our pharmacy operations.
Key Responsibilities:

• Manage pharmacy staff, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment.
• Ensure accurate and timely prescription dispensing while maintaining high-quality service.
• Implement and enforce company policies, procedures, and safety protocols.
• Maintain inventory control and optimize stock levels.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to enhance patient outcomes.
• Management of the specialty pharmacys financial performance including 340 B, third party reimbursement, alignment of budgets to achieve departmental objectives; oversees financial monitoring, analysis, and auditing.
• Manages drug utilization and medication use processes including prescribing, dispensing, administering, managing clinical programs, and monitoring patient outcomes to ensure patient safety.
• Actively manages site finances, participates in departmental budget preparation and is responsible for expense and revenue performance in assigned cost centers.
• Other duties as assigned.

Shift:

• Monday-Friday
  • 8:30am-5:00pm
• Might require on-call hours.

Qualifications:

• Pharmacy Manager retail experience.
• Experience with oncology drugs
• California pharmacy license.

Pay:

• $65+ based on experience.
