We are a fun, fast paced, Pediatric Dental office, looking for a Pediatric Dental Receptionist/Treatment Coordinator with experience in all facets of pediatric dentistry.
We are looking for someone who will be warm and welcoming to children of all ages. You must be a compassionate, positive person that will help create a happy experience for every child. Must have at least one year of dental office Front Desk experience.
The Pediatric Dental Receptionist/Treatment Coordinator will be the face of the practice- checking patients in and out, answering phones, scheduling appointments and assisting with insurance information. He or she is responsible for ensuring a productive flow and delivering a great patient and office experience.
Responsibilities would include and not limited to:
- Greeting patients when they arrive
- Assisting patients with scheduling and rescheduling appointments
- Answering multi-line phone system
- Inform patients of the treatment plan and financial options
- Collect payments
- Verify and updating patient information and insurance coverage
- Reconciliation of EFT payments
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience as dental office receptionist
- Proper telephone etiquette and verbiage.
- Familiarity with dentistry and pediatric procedures.
- Must enjoy working with children and teens
- An active listener with outstanding diagnostic and problem solving abilities.
- Professional, courteous and maintain a positive demeanor
- Customer service and communication skills to ensure patients feel comfortable and welcome during appointments
- Well organized, attention to detail, reliable and dedicated
- OSHA & HIPPA compliance regulations
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $22.00 per hour
