Full-Time Nanny Downtown Miami, FL

Great opportunity for a full-time nanny in Downtown Miami. The nanny will be caring for two children, (boys ages 5 months and 20 months). The couple is seeking a nanny with long-term experienced caring for multiple children, age group infant and toddler.

The ideal candidate must be active, engaging the children through various activities, play, reading, stimulating in various ways, encourage learning through age-appropriate activities, understanding the different milestones, take initiative and maintain open communication with the parents. A solid work history with longevity working as a nanny, with references required.

The schedule is full-time Monday to Friday with Saturdays and Sundays off. Work hours average 40 to 50 hours per week, daytime hours. Flexibility is required for occasional babysitting outside the regular work schedule.

Start Date: January 8th, 2024

Job Duties Include but are not limited to;

• General supervision and care for two children
• Take them to playground and other activities
• Creating a safe and stimulating environment
• Personal Care/grooming – giving baths, changing diapers, etc.
• Preparing child’s meals and ensuring they are fed
• Facilitating nap time and establishing a routine
• Maintaining child’s bedroom and play areas
• Organizing the child’s wardrobe and personal belongings
• Children’s laundry
• Transporting child to various appointments
• Creating age-appropriate developmental activities and educational activities (Reading, singing, playtime etc.)
• Implementing and Coordinating children schedules
• Working alongside the parents and following their instructions. Observing and communicating the child’s development, progress and achievements to the parents
• All other childcare related duties
  Job Requirements;

• Minimum 8 years nanny experience (Extensive childcare experience with strong, verifiable references)
• Previous infant and toddler experience
• Flexibility to travel
• Ability to pass an extensive background check

Compensation & Benefits: Commensurate with experience, PTO, Sick Pay, Holiday Pay
