Overview
With comfortable and well-appointed treatment rooms, as well as a relaxation room, outdoor hydrotherapy pool, and sauna, our spa combines the best of luxurious resort amenities and serene spa atmosphere. Guests can indulge in the full spa experience, then enjoy the resort's vibrant gardens and farm-to-table food.
The Spa at Willows Lodge offers luxury therapeutic and relaxation spa services to our clientele of local and hotel guests.
SUMMARY
Perform massage, body and couple's treatments while providing personal and customized attention to each guest.
AVAILABLE SHIFTS
9am to 2pm - Friday, Saturday and Sunday
2pm to 7pm - Friday, Saturday and Sunday
9am to 7pm with one hour break - Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday
For full-time positions, we require (4) 9am-7pm shifts or (3) 9am-7pm shifts and (2) half shifts. We require at least (1) weekend shift.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

• Wage: 36% commission for services provided. Hourly equivalent average for commission ranges from $40.50 - $43. Hourly tip average ranges from $21.40 - $24.40.
• Retail commission of 15% of retail sales
• Eligible for medical insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, and life insurance under our existing group plans
• Eligible for 401(k) retirement plan with employer match following 1 year of service under our existing plan
• 52 hours of sick pay accrued in the first year based on an employee working 40 hours/week
• 36 hours of paid time off accrued in the first year based on an employee working 40 hours/week

• Complimentary salad & sandwich bar available in break room at all times
• Discounted hotel stays at our property as well as sister properties

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Perform various types of massage treatments i.e., Swedish, Deep Tissue, Sports, etc.
• Prepare and maintain treatment area supplies daily
• Ensure the privacy of each guest
• Maintain the cleanliness and neatness of facility
• Promote and sell massage and body products
• Attend departmental staff meetings as requested
• Attend product knowledge training as required
• Perform special tasks as requested by the Spa Manager or Spa Director

Qualifications

• Proficiency in all components of massage, body and hydrotherapy, i.e., anatomy and physiology
• Proficiency in performing a variety of body treatments in addition to being well versed in new developments
• Minimum of 2 years experience as professional Massage Therapist
• Previous luxury spa experience preferred
• Valid WA State Massage License
• Ability to lift 20-30 pounds
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Weekend schedule availability

Compensation Range
The compensation for this position is $40.50/Hr. - $43.00/Hr. based on qualifications and experience.
