Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough medical assessments, including medical histories and physical examinations, for individuals applying for state disability benefits.
• Produce precise and easily understandable reports summarizing assessment results, diagnoses, and expert suggestions in a clear and concise manner.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of assessments and treatment plans.

Qualifications:

• Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution.
• Current and valid state medical license.
