Position Details:

• Location: Eola, Illinois
• Hours: Full-time, 4 days per week
• Caseload: Elementary & Middle School Students

Requirements:

• Illinois State Licensure:Occupational Therapist or Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant
• Demonstrated expertise in providing occupational therapy services.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with educators, parents, and support staff.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to determine students' needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address students' challenges.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support the overall development of students.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student progress.
