HOURS: 40 hours per week (2nd shift {Tues. thru Sat. 3pm to 11 pm} and Swing shift {Thurs. thru Sat. 7 am to 3 pm, and Sun. & Mon. 3pm to 11 pm})
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university. Be a citizen of the United States.This role requires working with troubled youth from ages 13 through 17 involved in the court system. Job duties performed in and around a Juvenile Detention facility; The objective of this position is to provide a safe, secure, structured environment for delinquent youth, staff, and provide reports to the Judiciary.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Qualified applicants must be at least 21 years of age, with a valid driver’s license as well as a minimum of 60 credit hours from an accredited college /university or community college (must be willing to earn bachelor's degree within 3 year time-frame via Educational waiver). Be a citizen of the United States. Be a resident of the State of Illinois within 90 days of the date of appointment.
