The Budd Group has an IMMEDIATE opening for a Janitorial Flex Team member to travel to different locations in the Greater TN area; keeping premises of commercial or institutional buildings in clean, safe, and orderly condition.
Pay Rate: $21.00/hr
Days: Monday - Friday (some weekends/OT possible)
Hours Range: 40 hours a week (must be able to work a flexible schedule)
Location: Varies based on job assignment/site (locations include Nashville, LaVergne, Smyrna).
Responsibilities:

• Monitor areas daily for trash & empty trash receptacles
• Wipe exterior & interior of each elevator cab
• Clean offices, hallways, lobbies, lounges, restrooms, corridors, elevators, stairways
• Assist with outside cleaning, which may include sweeping sidewalks and picking up trash.
• Sweeping and cleaning storm drains and ditches
• Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and cleaning restrooms, refinishes floors, cleans rugs, carpets, upholstered furniture, and draperies.
• Assist in project cleaning, or washing out side walls and windows.
• Assist setting up meeting rooms, including lifting and removing furniture from rooms, taking down tables and chairs
• Provide light maintenance service if needed
• Dust all horizontal surfaces
• Clean and organize storage areas inside/outside, and use a pressure washer to clean concrete outside
• Other duties as assigned by the Supervisor, according to the scope of work.

Requirements:

• Must be able to lift up to 35 lbs
• Must have valid driver's license & have a clean driving record
• Must be able to pass background check & drug screen
• Must be able to travel from site to site
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must be flexible in availability to work on different shifts as needed.
