Oaknoll is currently hiring a full-time IT Support Associate! IT Support Associates should display confidence and patience, with excellent communication skills and a resident-centered focus in all situations. Position is for 32 hours per week, with shifts somewhat flexible depending on the level of need, but some evenings and weekends may be required.

Requirements:- Candidate must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Candidate must have a solid familiarity with consumer computing and electronic products including but not limited to desktops, laptops, mobile devices, streaming devices, cable television, smart televisions, and DVD/Blu-ray players.
- Candidates must have some familiarity with audio and video systems and how to wire them.
- Candidate must have some familiarity with commercial software and systems including the Microsoft Office suite, streaming/communication services such as Zoom, and email providers such as Outlook.
