SalaryResponsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Register guests, assign rooms, and issue room keys
- Provide information about hotel services, facilities, and amenities
- Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries promptly and courteously
- Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently, ensuring accuracy of information
- Assist guests with luggage and escort them to their rooms, if required
- Process payments and maintain accurate records of guest accounts
- Address and resolve guest complaints and concerns in a timely and efficient manner
- Coordinate with other hotel departments to fulfill guest requests and ensure a seamless experience
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, including the lobby and reception area
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Proficient in using computer systems and hotel management software
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays
