We are looking for a Full-time Front Desk Operator for a growing medical/psychiatric practice in Oklahoma City, OK. Hours of operation are 8:00AM – 5PM, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and 8AM – 12:00PM on Fridays (40 hour work week). Must be motivated, hard worker, energetic (have some personality!) and fast working individual who loves to serve patients.

Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour, depending on experience

- Great verbal communications/customer service skills
- Ability to multi-task and work as a team player
- Appointment and scheduling experience needed
- Need to be comfortable asking for and accepting payment for services
- Experience with multiline phones
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Maintain a clean working area
- Be at work on time
