We have two 16-bed homes on site, and we are one of the best memory care teams you'll find anywhere. The resident outcomes here are really small miracles, and they are all based in a foundation of extensive dementia training and knowledge.

Day to day responsibilities include (ADL) care tasks, general community tasks like laundry and light housekeeping, preparing breakfast or other meals, doing activities, going for walks with residents, medication assistance, and loving on residents.

We are about to open up our second home (at the same property), so we'll have lots of new and fun opportunities for the team like attending outings, helping to adopt and care for a community pet (dog), and even helping some of our "at home" customers with social activities and dementia support/training for their families.

We pay competitive wages ($14-$16/hour depending on dementia knowledge) and a bonus every six months as well as profit-sharing for full-time employees.

In order to qualify for a job here, you must pass a background check, drug screen, and successfully complete our 13-week dementia training program. The full-time schedule is 4 days on, 2 days off. The part-time schedule is 2 days on, 4 days off. (We have opportunities open for morning and evening shifts. 6 AM - 2 PM, or 2 PM - 10 PM.
