Large farm in northwest Ocala, Florida is looking for a motivated individual to join our farm family. This is a position for someone who is an active learner and worker. We are looking for someone who will consistently and energetically strive to improve and be a valuable part of our Team. The individual needs to be passionate in their willingness to work either alone or in a group atmosphere and have the utmost care for the animals, equipment and facilities. This Full-Time position involves all aspects of farm operations from animal care to Farm Maintenance. Some of the farm duties include but not limited to are zero turn mowing, batwing mowing, weed eating, dragging fields, general maintenance projects, equipment maintenance, and also assisting in the care of animals (cattle, horses, donkeys) as needed.
Animal experience is preferred . We offer top pay based on experience along with a quarterly bonus incentive plan. The work schedule for this position is Monday through Friday 730am -430pm, lunch 12-1. There may be an occasional weekend with advanced notice.
