Friendly family residing in Pinecrest is looking for full-time, live-out, Experienced Housekeeper to help manage spacious, recently refurbished home in Pinecrest, FL. Family is down to earth and the ideal candidate is someone who will become an extension of their family but also understand professional boundaries. The main responsibilities of the role center around keeping the family home clean and tidy.
- Pay: $30-35 per hour

- Precise schedule to be finalized in collaboration with the successful candidate
- Preferred schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday 10:30am - 6:30pm, Friday 10:30am - 2:30pm, Saturday: 11am - 3:00pm
- Guaranteed 40 hours per week

Job Responsibilities:
- Daily housekeeping and general upkeep of the residence.
- Making and refreshing beds, tidying bedrooms.
- Refreshing bedding and towels.
- All laundry and ironing.
- Cleaning bathrooms.
- Cleaning floors.
- Maintaining and arranging furniture and decorations.
- Cleaning accessible windows.
- Dusting and cleaning surfaces, and similar tasks.
- Dishwashing and kitchen cleaning, in particular clearing cooking and dining areas after (early) family dinners.
- Organizing kitchen cabinets, fridge and pantries.
- Managing the stocking of household supplies; cleaning supplies, paper products and similar.
- Taking out / bringing in garbage and recycling bins.
- Identifying maintenance and repair needs within the household.
- Perform errands as needed.
In addition, the role requires assistance in:
- Monitoring access to the home under instruction, permitting access to scheduled services and deliveries. -
- Welcoming house guests, preparing and serving refreshments for visitors, children or family members.
- Supporting house guests in similar fashion to the resident family.
- Help setting up for larger party or dinner invitations, assisting outside service providers and with clean up.
- Occasional short-term support in minding children, assisting when nanny or parents are briefly not available.
- Minding the home whilst the family is travelling.
Candidate Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years recent housekeeper experience in a larger, formal household with extensive experience in all aspects of housekeeping.
- Must be able to provide professional references
- Exceptional attention to detail and well organized
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, using discretion in the home
- Adaptability to changing priorities, with an ability to overcome obstacles in a positive, professional manner
- Demonstrable legal right to work in the United States, as a contracted employee
