Full-time Education & Wellness Manager position details:
SUMMARY: The primary purpose of the Full-time Education & Wellness Manager Care partner is to help build and support a high-performance and sustainable A.G. Rhodes Workforce by promoting overall Employee well-being, health and safety, as well as developing employees’ knowledge, skills and abilities, in accordance with all applicable state laws and regulations, including A.G. Rhodes policies and procedures. This position is responsible for organizing, assessing, planning and implementing Education and In-services for all departments within the community, as well as overseeing the Employee Wellness and Health programs. This position requires an RN or LPN license, and a unique and dynamic combination of management, leadership, interpersonal, teaching and clinical skills to support the Talent Development and Wellness needs of the community.
