RHD Evergreen is open and hiring for a Full Time Direct Support Professional in the Lehigh Valley area. Direct Support Professionals are responsible for assisting adults with disabilities to develop communication, social, and daily living skills.
**Sign on bonus is $500 for Full-Time, must complete two week training and 90 days.**

RHD employees and programs in the City of Philadelphia are required to follow the COVID vaccine mandate. Revised PDPH guidance allows for new hires to be partially vaccinated at the time of hire. This means they have received at least one shot in a two-dose series or a single dose in a one-dose series before beginning in-person shifts. The final dose must be received within 8 weeks of hire (start date). This currently does not include boosters.

- Support individuals with disabilities in the activities of their daily life
- Advocate for the dignity rights of every individual
- Promote development and outcomes as outlined in the individual care plan
- Support access to community resources
- Uphold the RHD mission, vision, and values
Required Experience
Two week paid training is provided and most be completed in full.Required Education
- High school diploma or GED
Required Qualifications
Have a current, valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record
18 years of age or older
