Role Overview:

We’re seeking a dedicated Driver to enhance our growing team. This role is crucial to our operations, focusing on handling customer returns with utmost care and efficiency. Safety, customer satisfaction, and adherence to schedule are paramount.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely transport goods between customer locations and our warehouse.
• Ensure timely pick-up and delivery of packages, with 30-50 stops per shift.
• Maintain accurate records of activities and vehicle maintenance.
• Deliver exceptional customer service during interactions.
• Comply with all traffic and company regulations.
• Physical ability to lift packages (up to 50 lbs.) and navigate stairs.

Requirements:

• 8-10 hours shifts
• Comfortable with various weather conditions and physical activities.
• Proven track record of safe driving (Motor Vehicle Record Check required).
• At least 2 years of previous professional driving experience.
• Ability to multitask and adapt in a dynamic environment.
• Good data entry skills and attention to detail.
• Customer support experience is a plus.

Qualifications:

• Experience with high-volume pickups and deliveries preferred.
• Previous experience with companies like Amazon, UPS, FedEx is advantageous.
