What we're looking for:
Previous experience working with commercial equipment, three compartment sinks, and in high-volume kitchens
- Positive teamwork mentality
Responsibilities
- Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots and/or pans using dishwashers or by hand
- Stock supplies such as food and utensils in serving stations, cupboards, refrigerators, and salad bar
- Maintain kitchen work areas, equipment, and utensils in clean and orderly condition
- Place clean dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment in storage areas
- Sweep and scrub floors
- Occasionally clean and prepare various foods for cooking and serving
Work Environment

- State of the art kitchen and equipment
Requirements
- ServSafe/California Food Handler certification is required.
- The ability to stand for long periods of time, lift heavy objects, and work in a hot and humid environment is necessary.
- Authorization to work in the United States and pass a screening and background check is mandatory.
