Job description

Alliance Bank Central Texas is now accepting applications for a Full Time position in the Credit Department for Credit Support Services. Responsibilities for position outlined below:
Job Description
  • Manage appraisal requests from relationship managers by placing orders for residential & commercial appraisals and tracking status of outstanding appraisal orders
  • Review completed appraisals & follow up with appraisers if issues arise
  • Maintain updated list of approved appraisers
  • Maintain database of received appraisals & values
  • Order other various appraisal types (equipment, aircraft, etc.) as needed
  • Prepare internal evaluations as well as value updates of real estate collateral
  • Perform physical inspections of real estate collateral for internal evaluation process
  • Perform physical inspections for construction draw requests
  • Complete real estate environmental questionnaires as needed
  • Research values of vehicles & equipment as needed
  • Perform daily & weekly insurance trackings
  • Perform daily review of indexed loan documentation
  • Assist in clearing loan documentation exceptions
  • Assist Credit Department in other tasks that may arise, including preparation of periodic examinations by regulators
  • Transport documents between branches and other facilities as needed
  • Other tasks that may arise
Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel & Word
  • Ability to multi-task and meet multiple deadlines, while maintaining adequate attention to detail
  • Ability to work individually and as part of a team
  • Willingness to ask questions and follow instructions
  • Maintain professional appearance and conduct
  • Maintain satisfactory customer service, both with internal and external customers
