.Position Overview
Daily mail pick up from the U.S. Post Office.
Refuel of courier van as needed.
Clean driving record.
Inspect the entire Courier vehicle to ensure all SDU mail is unloaded.
Reconcile the number of trays received against the Mail Transportation Log.
Immediately report any delivery issues.
Mail opening, document extraction and imaging in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures.
Perform Quality Check of remittance documents after imaging.
Other duties may be assigned.

Establish and maintain effective working relationships with others.

Be reliable, have a good sense of direction with an understanding of traffic patterns.
Work successfully in a fast-paced environment; and
Work flexible schedules and overtime hours as necessary.
Education and/or Experience
High School diploma or equivalent
At least one year prior experience in mail center, document imaging or other related fields, OR equivalent combination of education and experience that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities needed to perform the work.
Language Skills:
- Fluent in English
Computer Skills:
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Windows
Schedule:
- Early shift: Full Time hours. Shift starts @ 3:00am
- Sundays off
Hourly Payrate = $14.00/hr
